how does paypal work if paypal couldn't recover money from the scamer seller?? too what extend can paypal can guarrantee i will be getting my money back?
If you can tell us what has happenned someone here may be able to advise you, or are you just asking on the 'off chance something goes wrong' ? You have been an eBayer for 2 years, and both buy and sell, surely you know the ropes by now??
