I was offered a 2nd chance draw which is great, however the payment will not process and go through. I messaged the seller and she wrote that she for some reason are having trouble recieving payment through Paypal. My question is, Is it ok to send payment via bank transfer? I don`t want to break any codes or rules...

I have been asked by a vendor to whom I have returned an item to create an invoice for the value of the item. They have agreed to refund once they receive the invoice. I have no idea how to create an invoice through either eBay or PayPal. Please provide a detailed step by step description on how I should go about creating an invoice. Thank you

Hi all after some advice please I have had a buyer win 5 of my auctions and then I received an email from him saying he was happy to pay postage and a handling fee and then he gave me a western australian adress. No problem , But now the problem when I click on send invoice it comes up with an american adress and the add postage line says something along the lines of overseas postage. I have sent two replies using the original respond button but no answers. Is it possible 2 users with the same I.D anyone had this before

I am looking into selling handmade cards on ebay, just trying to see if it is worth having PayPal as a option for payment? Items will be between $3.00 - $4.50 by time u pay ebay fees then PayPal seems not really worth it 😞 Thank you in advance if anyone can help me out...cheers T

I have cancelled a purchase which was via Paypal link and using the credit card option. The seller has advised they have refunded the payment via Paypal, but I have not received any notification. How long does it take Paypal to process the refund and to give notification. I assume that notification will come through to my Paypal account. As the credit card used (debit card) was not linked to the Paypal account is this a problem re Paylpal processing the transaction (refund)?

I don't recognize this payment or the address, however i don't haven't found in my bank details where the payment has been deducted. I realize this is a good thing, however i am really concerned. After delivery of a new item for over $700, the item did not work and classified as "dead on arrival" the seller picked up unit, now has sending the same unit back with a part to be fitted to get the unit working. To repair unit is a major job or a technician is required. I told the seller I dont want it delivered and want a full refund. I paid by visa, how do I go about getting a refund?

I have been severely ripped off by paypal in the past 12 months and are not prepared to give those theiving pricks access to my new bank accounts as they cannot be trusted. Do they have a human being in their organisation or are they purely a computer program. Does anyone out there have a phone number that will get through to a person, preferably someone with a brain and someone who gives a rats. I sold an item on ebay and the buyer immediately paid to paypal without contacting me, I cannot recover the money from paypal, reasons unknown, it has appeared in neither of the two paypal accounts that still exist in my name. The buyer now states that hes been told by paypal that the transaction is finalised and he cannot get a refund. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to resolve this. We need paypal to refund his money so he can pay me and get his item. Thank you, Gavin.

I purchased item # 161183731330, owl suncatcher with free "creepy" owl. It was quite late arriving, I put a note on purchase page with the date & a note that I hadn't received it. When I got it it I left a 2nd note stating that item had arrived. For some reason ebay changed comment to "item not as described" and ask the seller to refund my money. The item(s) were fine and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I feel that seller sarah langenwalter should be paid.

Ebay has removed item I had purchased and advised not to proceed if seller contacts & wishes to continu)e with transaction. It looks like Paypal have paid seller and Paypal will make deduction from my account at a later date. I wish to honour ebay instruction (as they are trying to make it a safe system for the buy/sell transactions). How do I reverse Paypal transaction? Seller advised they are posting item tomorrow 3.3.2014. I've written to Paypal but their timeframe is 48hrs until they get back to me. By this time seller will post item :(. What's best course of action in this scenario?

I won an item under auction and the seller listed Paypal for payment but when I tried to pay I got a message from Paypal saying the seller is unregistered. I've emailed her for an answer but no reply as yet.
