RE item # 152560699064- The sellers sit says #UNABLE TO COLLECT PAYMENT" I have tried 5 times to pay but get the same message each time.Maybe eBay can get in touch with the seller and sort this out. Regards Ronald Weber(carby2149)

Even if eBay knew (which they won't, unless you let them know) it is highly unlikely they would contact the seller and tell them,eBay staff just don't do that
Is there a reason you cannot send the seller an eBay message and ask if they know if there is a problem?
Have you checked to make sure that the payment(s) have not been made (in that the error message itself might actually be an error)
Does the seller accept the payment method you are trying to use?
