A seller has agreed to refund part of my purchase price for a faulty part of a purchased item. Seller has asked for my Paypal email to refund money but Ebay mail will not allow me to send an email address for fear of missing out on a fee.
How can I get the information to the seller?
If you paid with paypal then seller needs to do is go to their PP account and to the right of your payment is an issue refund button.
The need to click on that and then enter the agreed refund amount.
If they want your PP details then all the need to do is go to the payment you made and it is in there.
Sounds like the seller is doing stall tactics till the 45 days expires to dispute the purchase.
You can open a dispute if you want if they still have not refunded BUT do NOT let it reach the 45 days since payment date before you open the dispute.
