A seller wants to send me a refund and has asked for my 'PayPal email' address.
What is my PayPal email?
Is it just the email address that I use to log in to PayPal??

Did you pay the seller with paypal?
Have you got a paypal account?
If you paid the seller by paypal they have your address and to the right of your payment is an issue refund link. All they need to do it use that and enter the amount they are refunding.
If you do not have a paypal account then you should set one up.
The address is what you use as your email address that is registered that to paypal.
If you paid with bank dep then you can send the seller your bank details and ask that they do the refund to there.
