Did not receive item, was told would resent if I closed case with ebay, I did did has been 3 months

Hi, Not sure if this will be read since I know I closed the case. I closed the case because seller said would send a item ( Ipad case) if first i closed the eBay case, so I did. Now I did not receive the original item or the supposedly resent item. I ordered Nov16 and still haven't received item Feb17 When I try to send messages to seller I never receive an answer. I have sent a lot of messages. And I noticed I have been blocked from leaving feedback. The system is flawed because I would not have left good feedback and they knew that. So the calculations for a 97.9% positive feedback is worked out on ratings only if the let the buyer leave feedback. Any way not sure where to go from here just was hoping to get my money back. Thanks in advance for any information about how to move forward with this.

The system is not really flawed but those whom use it sometimes are. If you get my meaning.

You should not have listened to the seller and just followed the system.

Never close a case until you have satisfaction, it is there to protect buyers.

 

I assume you paid via PayPal, so open a case in PayPal (180 day deadline) for INR to get a refund.

Feedback deadline is 60 days and don't let a seller string you along, know the deadlines and you won't have a problem.
