Has anyone got a phone call from 'Ebay' saying there is a suspicious gift voucher from California.

I got a phone call from 'Daisy' from Ebay saying that there is a suspicious gift card on my account and its from California. I asked for her credentials and she gave me an employee number. It seems like fraud. Do Ebay call customers like this?

Have you contacted eBay and reported the phone call to them?

Hello , thanks for your comment. I don't really know what she wanted from me. She wasn't very clear. No I don't have a gift card on the account and I don't know how to contact ebay directly. I wrote a post here as I don't know how to contact them for information.

This is just the member to member forum that eBay do not read. If you want to contact them, you need to go to eBay Help at the top of any page and go from there (during business hours) if you can find the issue listed that most closely relates to this, select that and go from there once you connect with an agent. And best if you ask for a supervisor, as base level staff will put it in the 'too hard basket' as their script is unlikely to cover it
