How do to get in touch with seller to return item for refund as item is not as described.

Item has been received and had informed seller but the item does not work as it should be.

I've sent the message to seller and inquired as well as to how to get a refund and return back the item just a few minutes ago.

Marlene, you would be far better to open a dispite for item not as decribed through paypal and follow the instructions there. Paypal will give you the address to send the item back to, and you must do so by a method with tracking so that you can upload this to paypal. If you are able to get a legible address from your seller, they can then claim that they didnt receive it and you will not have a leg to stand on. You may find that to send the item back will cost you more than you paid for it, so to negotiate a partial refund without return may be a better option if the value warants.
