Seller is bad. Has no return policy and denies any responsibility for faulty item. What recourse do buyers have when eBay is uncontactable?
If an item is faulty, you have 30 days since the last day of the estimated delivery to open a case if the seller is unresponsive. You can start a case from your purchase history after finding your item.
Ebay "is" contactable if you start a live chat (normal business hours, including the weekend) from the help page.
If the item did not arrive faulty though and stopped working later and you are referring to a possible warranty, unfortunately if the seller is not an authorized reseller of the item the warranty is not worth much, actually it has hardly any value, although sometimes you might find a cooperative seller, but this does not seem to be the case with your seller.
