I can't send a message to the seller. Has this ever happened to anyone before? There was a notification saying "Fail to send member message", and when I tried again, this time it said "Oops! Fail to send message. Please try again later". It's been like this since a few days ago

A few other members have had the same issue.
Try using the contact seller from a different place, i.e. their feedback page.
