What happened when you tried contacting eBay Help? (and was it during their operating hours?) You may need to try more than once, as most CS staff have limited ability to actually help

If you have problems uploading documents, maybe you can contact eBay via live chat and ask them for a way to send or upload them.

I do not understand new format-  I am 82 years old. I had a Stroke in 2001. My computer is old- runs on Windows 7. I am been discriminated by Ebay by age and handicap. I have been selling on Ebay for 17 years, I have a 100% rating. My bank details have NOT changed. Why has Ebay suddenly asked me to prove my identity? My passport expired in 2005, my drivers license withdrawn due age and handicap I had to surrender  .When I try to add my Pension card and seniors card  nothing happens.  Both have no photo. I plead for assistance I get replies I do not understand. I can send my car registration (My wife now drives due my handicap). Please help using easy to understand format, not some jargon we cannot understand!!!!!

eBay have moved onto a new format called Managed Payments.

In order to sell you need to register and prove proof of ID for MP's.

If those ID's don't work you may need to get a proof of ID card from your local post office.

Under the new system, you are required to meet new government legal requirements and if you fail or refuse to comply, legally ebay can no longer permit you to sell. The government has not included the right to any form of exemption based on age, health, etc. You might like to ask your lawyer why they have not informed you of this and how it relates to your claims of discrimination. By the way, how many messages from ebay, relating to these changes, have you ignored over the last 2-3 years, there has been plenty of lead time and plenty info, warnings, etc,
