how can i retrieve items i purchased more than 3 years ago?

i'm trying to retrieve an item i purchased over 3 years ago,is there a special place to get this,or do i need to apply or similar??

In your purchase history select archived as opposed to recent.

But unfotunately they only stay there for 2-3 years but have a look.

If it's not there it won't be retrievable.

The only info you could get is from any old emails you have, feedback or the transaction details in PayPal if that was used.
