my upload for photos has deteriorated back to the basic and only allows me to upload one photo at a time, insisting i need to update acrobat, to access the standard uploader, but acrobat is fine elsewhere. Can anyone help - PLEASE. I cleared my browsing history a few days ago could that have jiggled something out of place?

When I go to items I've selected to view for purchasing, I get the first few listings & the rest of the pages are incomplete, (no listing pictures). When I go to a listing like that, it comes up as a regular listing complete wirh pics. What is causing this?

I am not getting any Pictures with my searches only a description. If I click on the descrition the sellers page comes up and the Pictures are available. very annoying if I have to open every one to view.

Hi I ordered three hair flower clips on 24 February, 2017. Ebay confirmed this and said they had been sent. I have never received them, in spite of contacting the seller. This order cost me $10.00. Estimated delivery was between 15 March and 1 May. No doubt I did the wrong thing, but I ordered the same items again, plus one additional flower clip on Friday, 5 May 2017. I am still waiting on this order. This order cost me $17.00. Since then, I have been trying to find out the status of the original order, for which I am not holding out much hope. Hopefully, the second order will arrive, but I am wondering what guarantee I will have of this actually happening. I would appreciate any help you can give me in confirming that at least the second order is on its way. Kind regards Julie Reynolds

A seller has abused, harassed & discriminated messaging me because I made a mistake bidding on her item and made an honest mistake with not understanding how to bid. I have tried to communicate with her and greatly apologised in many ways and times but she just got more aggressive and could not communicate like a calm grounded adult and now she has opened an unpaid case on me for the unpaid item and left a nasty feedback when I haven't even purchased her item. Also, she put the same item up for bidding after she had abused me, and on the case, it says that item has been sent to me but this is a lie because she has put it up for auction again. I called eBay and explained this situation to them and they said just ignore any messages from her and if she does close the case eBay would dismiss this case she has oped\ned on me and because it is my first offence eBay would give me a clean slate. what should I do as she is determined to cause me trouble as she said on her very rude messages? I have always had very good positive communication with all sellers I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I would appreciate the guidance and any advice for this problem please, Thankyou.

Hi, Not sure if this will be read since I know I closed the case. I closed the case because seller said would send a item ( Ipad case) if first i closed the eBay case, so I did. Now I did not receive the original item or the supposedly resent item. I ordered Nov16 and still haven't received item Feb17 When I try to send messages to seller I never receive an answer. I have sent a lot of messages. And I noticed I have been blocked from leaving feedback. The system is flawed because I would not have left good feedback and they knew that. So the calculations for a 97.9% positive feedback is worked out on ratings only if the let the buyer leave feedback. Any way not sure where to go from here just was hoping to get my money back. Thanks in advance for any information about how to move forward with this.

When I'm searching for specific items in a category, e.g postcards, other items appear not at all applicable to postcards. I've just been searching for postcards, and found car parts in that category. Why does this happen? It is most annoying.

When sorting by price, you get many items with options and price range. To get the actual price of what you want, you need to open each item to select from the available options set by the seller. For example, you find in the search results a mobile with range 1 to 750$. When you open the item and select from the storage options, you discover that the first option is a USB cable, 32GB and 64GB. obviously the 1$ is for the USB cable, but it wastes your time to open each item to check what is the price for a 32GB mobile. Is there anyway when searching to handle or exclude such items with price ranges with the need to open each item to check price per available seller options?

Hi I'm a seller Just wondering why Ebay has charged a final fee of $0.40 for shipping cost- which would have been the final fee for Registered Shipping option, although the item was sent with FREE SHIPPING?? Buyer paid only for the item which included Free Shipping. Looks like contact Help Centre via e-mail is not possible for invoices issues and I would have to call... really, for 40cents I have to pay for a phone call? What are the alternatives? Thanks in advance for any advice.
