Can I change the postage price to free after it's already been bid on?

I've got the title of my item listed as Free Shipping but then I somehow got $6.95 listed as the shipping price. I know I'll have to change that to free shipping but is there a way to do that before the sale ends? It's already been bid on and I don't want the buyer to have to pay the shipping price as well. Or do I just email them when the bid is won and tell them to just pay the price of the actual item?

I went to revise the item but it won't let me click on the part where I can change it to free shipping. I thought it might as it's not like I'm asking for more, it's less money the buyer has to pay!

Message the buyer and tell them there was an error in the listing and not to pay until you have sent an invoice with free postage.

After the listing ends select send invoice, make the postage 0.00 and send. DO NOT click recalculate it reverts it back.
