Colimns to wide help

backed up and updated 26-3-13  few problems like postage  but worked that one out i think now when i go to all items it shows me all the listings 2712 some of the columns are ok but the one for custom details is way to wide and i can't change it  also  i downloaded unsild items went fine up loaded after changing the prices went ok then went to delete imported file most deleted only 5 remained and every time i try and delete TL stops working and closes down WHY I need help please

Jenny,I just found this on the US ebay Answer Centre

Probably the TL internal database is corrupted.  You need to re-install.

First, download the latest.  Try to re-install without changing anything.  Most likely it won't work.

Then when you re-install, DO allow it to "remove user files".  That is not your inventory, but its internal database
