How do I get a refund for shipping labels I was unable to print?

You can print as many shipping labels as you like, and only pay for the one you use, providing it is the SAME label (same tracking number) Every time you CREATE a label, it is a new label with new shipping number and this you pay for every time you create one. You have a time limit to cancel them (a few days), and then it usually takes around three weeks to get refunded. Follow instructrions under "manage Labels" to do this.  Next time you have trouble printing a label, do not create another, but download the label to your computer and print it from there when you have sorted your printer out. (There is a "download label" button visible after you try to print the label)

To cancel a label, go to My eBay  >  Sell  >  Postage Labels. 

You'll then see a list of all of your active postage labels.  

Next to the label you want to cancel, click 'More Actions' and then click 'Cancel Postage Label'. 

You only have a few days to cancel your postage label for a refund. After that deadline, I'm not sure how you would go about getting a refund.

i had same issue, i dont have a printer! so how do we get refunded for return postage,, i bought a faulty ph so had to return it.. hmmm seams ebay are not interested in helping buyers with this issue? just another ebay scam to suck more $ out of people forcing you to pay for a lable you cant print, NOT everyone has a printer, jesus christ, its one scam after another on this site, i even noticed, ebay charge a fee for late postage and that was on a sunday so no post ofifce open. and also charge sellers $1.01 for posting to buyers, OMG, scam after scam after scam. No wonder ebay lost traffic, at least facebook & gumtree selling are not fraudsters like ebay, i thought id give selling a go here but what a bad choice! ill go back to my usual sites rather than here i think, way to many hidden fees and charges for my liking. seriousely to steel $ from buyers postage is filthy to be honest.

You cancel them.

But it takes some time to get the credit as AP need to make sure they weren't used.
