How do I get a refund for shipping labels I was unable to print?
You can print as many shipping labels as you like, and only pay for the one you use, providing it is the SAME label (same tracking number) Every time you CREATE a label, it is a new label with new shipping number and this you pay for every time you create one. You have a time limit to cancel them (a few days), and then it usually takes around three weeks to get refunded. Follow instructrions under "manage Labels" to do this. Next time you have trouble printing a label, do not create another, but download the label to your computer and print it from there when you have sorted your printer out. (There is a "download label" button visible after you try to print the label)
