I am still having a big problem uploading photos.
This has only happened since you changed the upload format. Until then I didn’t have a problem
My photos are definitely more than 500 pixels, this is what eBay stated when I phoned them yesterday.
If all my customers are happy that they appear to be able to see what I am selling how can they be incorrect ?
I have uploaded hundreds of photos up until now without a problem, and sold the items.
The eBay representative stated yesterday that eBay had NOT changed the format for uploading, I beg to differ !!!
A number of other eBay sellers are reporting the same problems so what has happened?
I will try and upload more photographs now and leave them sitting there so perhaps you could have a look and maybe give me a solution to the problem.
