I finally got some pictures loaded on eBay, now they won't load at all I can't understand why ?

After advice on how to enlarge my photos I finally managed to upload some.Now things appear to have changed and it is no longer working.Can someone please enlighten me as to WHY this is happening ?Now how do I upload them ??

My photo program states that my photo is 2754 x 2114 pixels, isn't this more than the 500 pixels asked for by eBay ? I still cannot upload my new photos.Why has eBay changed the upload format !!

I am having trouble trying to load photos of what I wish to sell.The upload system appears to have changed and now none of my photos are uploading. I have tried 2 different cameras and apparently I don't have enough pixels for the photos to be viable...

How do I open the bidding to USA ? I have used the exclusion list and left USA able to bid but it still states that I am selling only to Aus

How do I open the bidding to USA ? I have used the exclusion list and left USA able to bid. However it still states that I only retail to Australia. I did put The USA Postal Rates in the description but I would like the fact to appear on my ad.
