This has always happened for me, so often that I never bother to use preview anymore. If I am uncertain how things are going to look I just schedule the listing for a couple of hours later then go in and see if all is OK, if it is I just cancel the scheduling and it goes live.
I have found over the years that it is much quicker and less stressful to find a workaround rather than trying to 'fix' things.
