If I send an ebay invoice, does it incur fees like a paypal one

When an item sells, sometimes it requests that I send an invoice. I imagine those buyers do not use Paypal. Does this incur a fee from me?

The invoice will only be for the amount of the purchase/s with postage.

The is no fees sending an invoice and there is only a fee to the seller when a buyer pays with paypal.

There is no need for an invoice with a single purchase BUT a lot of buyers wait for it.

The payment methods do not change from being sent an invoice either.
