We need to produce a custom ad template design, for our products, if anyone knows someone who designs such templates or knows of a program which we can use ourselves this would be much appreciated.

There are lots of sites which teach basic HTML and are easy to use if you Google you'll find them. This is a good one - click here

There are also people who design and sell Templates for use with eBay and these can be found through the search bar at the top of any eBay page.
