Turbo Lister Error Message

I've been trying to Upload to Ebay using Turbo Lister, but I keep on getting the following Error Message:

Error - Input Data for tag <PackageLength(0)> is invalid or missing.  Please check API documentation.

Does anybody have any idea why this is happening?

Sounds like you are listing by calculated post and are either missing a dimension from your parcel, or, the dimension is too large to meet AP guidelines.
