I listed items for sale when the $1 final value fee promotion was on and I have been charged the standard fees on all of them. How does this promotion work?

The $1 final value fee promo doesn't apply to multiple listings, and the items you sold were from a multi-listing. While I understand you want to keep the selling history to try and get a boost in best match, if you want to only pay $1 you need to list just one and then relist it when it sells.
Also, your listing is Good Till Cancelled and if it's rolled over because it's been listed more than 30 days, the promo no longer applies.
