Hi,A member wants to cancel her purchase from me as her young daughter bid on my item without her mothers knowlege.I have agreed to cancel for her but don't know how.I tried clicking on cancel purchase and it only took me to my own perchases,I did.How can I help this lady? cheers Robin.
