Buyer purchased shoes by Tony Bianco size 9 Black upper leather
Buyer claiamed shoes were not a true size 9 and did not fit her + there was white ink on the shoes.
Tony Bianco shoes were stamped size 9 which i stated in my ad and the picture show that there was no white ink
anywhere on them. I emailed her and asked her to send me photo's of the ink stains but she said that she through them out in the bin.
How can i help someone with there purchase if the buyer does not want to cooperate with me . I have had no issues with my buyers and if i have i usually will solve it with the person .Its hard to leave a negative feedback for a buyer and my account which is 100% suffers for that .
