A buyer is after a few books and has placed bids on them.  Some due to end 6 days time.  The buyer was wondering if I could end the bids (only one bidding so far) and send invoice to them.  Possible?

You can end the listing to the highest bidder but you can not ask them for any more money than what they sell for.
