A buyer purchased two items the same but separately on the same day, then only paid for one.

A buyer purchased two items the same but separately.An invoice was sent on the one not paid for.  She said she did not

want this one and left it unpaid.  I waited for her to cancel, but she didnt so I wrote and asked her to cancel. Because I did not

want to cancel the wrong one I said that we need to cancel the one that was invoiced (which incidently was her first purchase) but because the same photo was used in her message I needed to get the correct transaction number. I think this may have put her

off side (I did not do this intentionally) and now she has not agreed to the cancellation and not responsive to my message  or the one from ebay. Do I pay a FVF (its only a minimal amount) if an item has been left unpaid and I have not opened an unpaid item case. How does a case like this end?

If one item was not paid for then you can open a non payer dispute on that purchase 4 days after the sale and then 4 days later close it to get your fees back.
