A buyer started a return claim and has now decided to keep the item and does not want a refund, How do I delete the return claim or do I need to do anything at all.
If the buyer has opened a case then they need to close it.
If they do not then nothing will happen and it will time out in your favor.
If the messages are via ebay messages then call ebay on their free call number as they can see the messages and see if they can close it if the buy will not do it.
