I am trying to lodge a car ad but do not know how to deal with the postage and payment questions

For motor vehicles you would list as pick up only - and would note on the ad that paypal is not accepted, only CASH or Bank Cheque on collection.

For this type of item, the buyer has the right to view, test (drive) and either accept or decline before completing the sale and handing over payment.
