If a Buyer starts an eBay case stating they have not received an item (International), & I have the receipt to show it was posted, what protection do I have from either eBay, Paypal or Australia Post? The item was not posted Registered mail as this would have been more than the item was worth! Will I have to refund the buyer even though I only have their word that it was not received, but I have proof of postage, in order not to be given negative feedback?
Both eBay and PayPal require tracking for you to be covered.
