Hi, just wanting some advice please. A buyer paid by bank deposit on the 29th July and once payment was cleared I posted via Click and send on the 31st with tracking but no SOD as the item was $25.50 + postage.(I usually use SOD over $35 )
99% of my buyers use Paypal but not this time.The item never arrived and I have refunded the buyer. Click and send are doing an investigation and are yet to get back to me. I have the lodging receipt and online tracking shows it was lodged on the 31st at the PO but then it is not showing anything else.
Click and send are saying that unless it was sent SOD then they will not compensate for any lost items. Do they have any responsibility at all ? Thanks : )
