I have listed on Auction and after 3 bids, the value is under $4. The value of the item is closer to $200. Can I intervene and change to buy it now?

You cant add a buy now once the item has bids. If you arent happy with the price, remembering that most members will only bid in the last few seconds, all you can do is end the item and relist at a realisitic price that you would accept. Items should never be listed for a low price as they sometimes sell with only one bid, always start at the price you would accept.
