Blocking another user from messaging me...

Hi guys,

I have an ebay member keep asking me questions via my listings. I do not want to deal with them or sell to them so have added them to my blocked buyers list. Sadly they can still message me, is there a way I can stop them from contacting me?

Go to the page with blocks and at the bottom you will see an option to block communication from members on your blocked list.

Tick the box and save.

However if the member has bid recently or been in a transaction with you, they will be able to communicate for a certain period.

Therefore as suggested ignore them, just delete messages without opening them.
