Bulk edit; find and replace not working

I have a section at the end of each listing for postage/packing info, colour disclaimer etc. I need to update this for each listing but when I do the 'Item Description'  - 'Find text and replace it' for this, it doesn't work.
Any ideas on how to work around this issue?

Hahah yes. I am fairly tech savvy so I'm assuming the text it's trying to find is too long and it's getting confusedor something?

Does it make a difference if you reduce the page size from 100% (not on eBay but I have come across a couple of sites lately where I have had to reduce to 80% or less in order to 'see' everything
