A member placed a bid on an item and was blocked from bidding. I found this out just now after checking the Blocked Bidder Activity list. What a I don't get is that the buyer is in Australia and the reason given on the BBL page was not in a country I post to. Bidder is located in Australia so I don't get it, unless they have location set as Oz and have a different postal address, just weird I've never come across that before.
