Buyer bought a tunic top, full description with measurements on listing, she wants full refund.

I recently sold a One Season tunic top, I had full mesaurements on listing with description.  Buyer received yesterday, but messaged me that it does not fit and wants to return for a refund, but she has asked for postage as well.  If I had not supplied measurements I might of considered it, but is it wrong to only refund the purchase price and not the postage?

It is not wrong to only refund the item price in this case.

Ebay term it a change of mind refund and make a point of saying you do not have to refund the postage.

As you say, the buyer knew the measurements so should have been more careful.

Stand your ground....if you get a negative you can ask ebay to remove it.
