Buyer decides on pickup doesn't want item

Ok so my winning bidder arrived to pickup the wine barrel I had listed and was very apologetic but had assumed it was the large not small variety, so did not want it.

So what do I need to do to get back my selling fees on the item, & do I put it up for a 2nd chance offer or just relist?

Contact the buyer and ask if they will agree to a mutual cancellation.

If they reply back in a day or 2 then send the request to cancel.

To do this to the right of the sold item is a drop down, click on resolve a problem and you will find a mutual cancellation agreement to send.

Once they have agreed to it you can then do the 2nd chance offer. (contact them to let them know of this to see if they are still interested) or relist.

If the buyer does not reply then open a dispute for non payment which can be done 4 days after time and date of sale and then 4 days later from opening date and time you can close it.

Both these options will credit you FVF back too you your account.
