I am new to selling, have just sold a few items. For the first item I sold (a DVD) I have not yet received feedback. As I received feedback for an item I posted after posting the first, I emailed the buyer to make sure the DVD was received. I got a response back saying yes, thank you. Not sure why feedback hasn't been left. I haven't left feedback either, as a buyer I always get feedback after I have received an item and left feedback for the seller. Is that the normal procedure?
What can I do next? Does it affect my rating if feedback isn't left?
Feedback is not something that must be done by either buyer or seller.
Some leave it daily, some weekly, some monthly and some have it set to be left when they receive it and some do not leave it at all.
Do not worry over it as you are selling items for money not feedback.
And other than reading it there is nothing to do with it.
Leave it for your buyers if you want to.
If they do not contact you or leave feedback then assume all is ok and move on.
