Buyer refuses to contact or pay. I have to wait 10 days to re-list. Why?

eBay makes out that I have cancelled sale, so the buyer has 10 days to confirm, meaning I can't re-sell items till then, when actually I have done everything correctly and they have not followed through. I tried emails, message bank and sms, to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, was there any solution?

Not had ebay say I cancelled a sale when I had'nt but I have had many,many,many people who buy and then refuse to pay 9as have a large number of other members here who are sellers)

That is a different situation though as it involves opening an unpaid item case  (still have to wait to re-list)

If ebay are saying you cancelled and you did'nt, it might be a good idea to use the help and contact tab to request they call you, ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them what you have written here
