Buyer trying to scam me

I sold an item over 2 months ago. The buyer recieved the item, left positive feedback 2 weeks later so case closed. Or so I thought. Now he is claiming there is something wrong with it and demanded to get his money back. After refusing he escalated to a claim that it was not as described. After Proving him wrong there he closed that case and has now opened another one stating the item or packaging was broken. I have little doubt this buyer has broken it himself and just trying to scam me. How much longer can this go on for and what can I do to stop this pest once and for all apart from continuing to waste my time with answeri eBays notifications?
