Can I block a bidder who has already bid on an item? I have noted that he is a non-payer.

Someone has put a bid on an item I am selling. I have checked his ID and he is a non-payer. Is it too late to place him on my blocked bidder list?

Its never too late to place a non bidder on your BBL, but it wont remove his bid. Add his id to your BBL, and then follow the cancel bids link that you can find on the site map, bottom of any page, to remove his bid from your item.
