Can I block a non-paying buyer from bidding on my items before opening a dispute?

Hi - last week, I sold some items on auction, where I clearly stated that payment was to be made within 2 days of the end of the auction.  One week later, and 2 buyers haven't paid - I sent them both an invoice at the end of the auction, and I also sent them a message 2 days ago.  One member has 0 feedback, the other has 6 feedback - all good.

I currently have more items listed on auction, and I don't want these buyers to bid on any of my items.  Can I block them from bidding now, or do I need to open a dispute through eBay and follow that whole pathway before I can block them?  Thanks.

Copy and paste the ID's into here. It is your Blocked Bidder List (BBL)

Add an eBay user to my Blocked Bidder/Buyer List

Then put in place the blocks to stop non non payers that have been issued strikes from buying from you.

Normal 0 false false false EN-AU X-NONE

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.

As for the current non payers open disputes for non payment and in 4 days time if they still have not paid close the disputes to get your FVF refunded and they get  non payer strikes.
