Yes they did leave Negative Feedback after i offered a full refund including postage they refused to return the item EBAY NEED TO FIX THIS as a seller i can not leave a Negative on a buyer

Both your negs were for damaged items which is concerning, but I have to ask, why didn't your just offer a partial refund for the last buyer and you probably would have avoided the neg.
