Can you accidentally sign up for a store and base it in the wrong country?

I am very curious that I may have signed up for an eBay store based in America or something? (I'm Australian).

Because:

1. I've definitely signed up for a basic store ($20/month, starting from the 11th November 2014)
2. I am also definitely still getting charged $1.50 per listing (Fixed price AND auction style).
3. I am also still being charged the "non-store" final value fees (9.9%) for everything that I am selling, as opposed to the 8% I should be getting for the item catagories that I sell (I have checked this with eBay fee calculators).

Basically, I have a store on eBay.com.au that I can manage and edit, but I am receiving NONE of the advertised bonuses that are supposed to come with it.

Any ideas? 😕

The reduced FVF will only apply to listings added after you signed up for the store. Any that were listed prior to that will be charged at the old rate.

You should be getting up to 200 free BIN listings. If you've been charged for any listings since you signed up to the store you'll need to call eBay and get them to check your account.
