Cancelling transaction

Hi, I sold an item which I had accidently listed at the wrong size. I realised the mistaske before I posted it, and offered a full refund.

Do I still pay fees for this transaction, or can it be cancelled?

You can send the buyer a mutual cancellation but they need to agree to it in order to get the fee back.

To do so go to resolve a problem.
