Sold an item in Oct of last year where I had to create a label multiple times due to an error that prevented me from accessing the first two after downloading them to print.
The two unused labels were cancelled, but I was initially charged for them on the Nov invoice and told that I'd be credited it back for December. Still yet to do so, and a dozen or so attempts to contact eBay support since have proven to be absolutely useless, with support reps saying they are "personally handling this" or that "they will be taking this up with their supervisor" telling me to wait 'x' amount of days and I'll get the refund, but absolutely nothing has come to fruition.
With no phone support either for eBay Aus, have wasted a total of 20+ hours all up on chat trying to get this sorted so far. Anyone know anything at all that might help solve this? At my wits end at this point.
If you cancel the labels within 5 days of creating them, you then have to wait 25 days + for AP to confirm the labels have not been used, before ebay can issue a credit. Note due to covid it could now be 25 days +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++?
