If someone pays for your item with a CC and a couple of weeks down the road they do a draw back, simply because they want the item for free, but the account the money went in to is empty, how does the CC company get the funds back?.
Jaqui, if a buyer does a credit card charge back, the money in the sellers paypal account is held until it is sorted. If the paypal account is empty, any funds deposited into the paypal account during the dispute period are held, until the disputed amount is reached.
