I have a buyer who has won and paid for their item but the ebay name & address details do not match the paypal name & address.They are both totally different.I have sent buyer an email asking where/who should i post the item to-but have had no response.
This has happened once before with another buyer-then they said they never recieved the item so i had to refund in full.I'm not prepared to do it again.So what should i do,as the item should have been mailed by now.

The only address that gives you paypal protection is the address in paypal.
No matter what the buyer tells you in an email you must use the paypal address.
