Does the new Ebay payment system do away with instant receipt of my payment?

As the new Ebay payment system has a 2 day processing time attached, does this mean that I can no longer make an instant payment using Paypal? In effect, this will add 2 days to the shipping time for purchases.

No, the seller is advised by ebay (no longer by PP) that payment has been received.  The payment will then show in sellers MP as processing, but sellers are required to ship as per their handling time once payment is received, not processed.

Thanks gutterpunkz05, that is good news if in fact the seller accepts the Ebay notification as "payment being received". So when my seller on their listing last Friday said, "buy this article within 8 hours and it will be posted by priority post today" I expected it to be posted on Friday. Without any indication that it has been posted, I suspect that it hasn't. I have messaged the seller seeking confirmation and await their advice.
